My story

Hi there, I’m Frisco. The cutest little Chihuahua this side of the Rio Grande! I am about 2 years old, weigh 7.6 lbs, and I was living on the streets of San Antonio, Texas, with my little compadre, Pinto Bean. We were hoping for a miracle where a bowl of dog food would appear, but we got so much more! A good Samaritan picked us up and offered us to 4 Little Paws Rescue, so we are living in a foster home, safe and sound, well fed, having fun, and getting ready to find forever homes. My foster mom says I’m a friendly little guy who makes friends easily with humans and dogs alike. I have a medium energy level and a go-with-the-flow attitude. I am learning to like doggy toys and chew bones, and already know I love doggy treats and snuggling. I will happily share some kisses on special occasions, but won't be slobbering all over you. I am sweet and well-behaved. Already housebroken, only bark to alert you, and I’m not in favor of sharing my food bowl with other dogs. I’m ok in a crate, love a ride in the car, and will walk on a leash with a bit of encouragement. I am more than adorable with one ear up and one ear down, and my little tail wagging full speed ahead. My future looks bright, and I am so looking forward to joining a wonderful family anywhere on the East Coast! Inquire about me today and bring me home! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee.
