Jules needs some time to get to know new friends, but he's learning to feel more comfortable with new two-legged and four-legged friends alike. For safety's sake, Jules wears a muzzle in public, but don't worry, it's just part of his charm! Jules needs a patient, loving family who can help him feel safe and sound.
