My story

Meet Fred! Fred is an adorable 2.5 month old ball of energy looking for his furever people. Fred is white with orange-y light brown patches and cute as a button. Fred has never met a toy, shoestring, or hoodie string that he doesn't like. He fancies himself a cute little predator and loves to sneak up on his toys, bat around shoelaces, and leap through the air and skitter around the house. When he's finally tuckered himself out, he's equally happy to snuggle with his people or sprawl out on a cat bed. Fred gets along well with his older foster siblings, but sometimes brings more energy to their interactions than the older cats are interested in. He would be perfect for a family consisting of any of the following: adults, older children, other cats, and most dogs. Since he's such a young kitten, he's still learning his manners with his teeth and claws when playing.  He happily purrs when receiving attention, and his foster parent adores having him in the home. A Home of Their Own Rescue is currently accepting applications for Fred, however he will not be available for placement in a home until after 6/5, when he has recovered from his neuter procedure. He has received all of his age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and tested neg for FIV/Felv. His adoption fee is $200.00.
