My story

💜 Adopt Dutchess – Loyal, Playful, and Learning to Trust 💜 Meet Dutchess, a beautiful, bashful sweetheart who’s equal parts puppy-playful and snuggle-curious. She’s still learning the ropes of being a family dog—but she’s showing so much promise. Dutchess is crate-trained, walks well on a leash, and gets along with other dogs and cats in her foster home. She does have some food guarding tendencies specifically when she’s in her crate, so we feed her separately to help her feel safe and secure. She’s currently working on this with consistency and patience—and she’s already making great progress. Dutchess is discovering that humans can be kind and loving, and while she starts off shy, she’s opening up more every day. She loves to play and is very much still a puppy at heart! She just needs a home that will keep helping her grow, set boundaries with love, and let her blossom at her own pace.
