My story

Santos 3 months (DOB 2/15/25)16 lbMale Lab mix Neuter date set  Santos is bursting with love, affection, and enthusiasm.  He absolutely loves people and has the best kisses. He is in foster care with kids, cats and another dogs and doing well with all. He is very playful but has been respectful of the boundaries the foster cats have given him.  Santos is still a little guy with a lot of curiosity and energy; he is very typical puppy. He plays hard and naps hard. He is learning about life outside of a shelter and how to be a household member. He is working on leash skills, crate training and house training. He typically sleeps 8 hrs at night and is making progress with potty training on a schedule.   He is smart and very food motivated. He likes his cozy dog bed and curls up in it like a tiny donut. He loves bones to chew, tug of war, attention, playtime and PEANUT BUTTER!  He will also play by himself, throwing toys around and catching them and wiggling all over. In between playing and napping, he follows around his foster family and just sits and watches calmly wanting to be near them.  His foster mama's favorite thing about him is his enthusiastic scamper-run and his squirmy play style- wiggling on the ground, rump in the air, somersaults, tail wagging the whole time!
