Meet Candice: The Fluffy Queen with a Heart Full of Love ✨ While it’s technically rude to ask a lady her age, Candice is 12—but don’t let that number fool you. With her luxuriously long calico coat, majestic fluffy tail, and graceful presence, she doesn’t look (or act) a day over 8. Okay, maybe she’s missing a few teeth, but that just means she enjoys a well-balanced mix of wet and dry food—like the refined lady she is. Candice may look like royalty, but she’s as down-to-earth as they come. Say her name and she’ll chirp back, happy to be included (and maybe angling for some pets). She loves greeting her favorite people with soft head-butts and being nearby, quietly soaking in the comfort of your presence. She’s got that perfect balance of independence and affection—she’ll follow you from room to room with gentle curiosity, take time for herself when she needs it, then curl up beside you with a soft purr that says, “This is exactly where I want to be.” She’s not clingy, just quietly devoted. Through no fault of her own (or her loving owner’s), Candice was recently surrendered when her elderly mommy became too disabled to care for her. It was a heartbreaking decision, made from a place of deep love. And even though they’re apart now, Candice carries that love with her, because that’s the kind of heart she has: steady, soft, and full of loyalty no matter the distance. Now, she’s ready to begin her next chapter, ready to love someone new too, but with her first mommy always in her heart. Will you be the one to show Candice just how beautiful new chapters can be?
