Lady Mae the Rat Terrier Mix

My story

Lady Mae is an adorable 1.5 year old female small mixed breed. She is a beautiful girl with a short tricolor coat. She weighs about 14 pounds and is fully grown. Her exact breed mix is unknown, but our best guess is rat terrier mix. Lady Mae was found as a stray by a good samaritan who rescued her and brought her to the shelter. She is currently in foster care in Texas, but is very happy to hear she was chosen to come to WI and find a loving forever family! Lady Mae is a sweet and friendly girl who loves to cuddle. As with any dog, she will need training to learn the routine at her new home. She is spayed, tested heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. If she does not receive an adoption hold prior to his arrival in WI, she will be available to meet at our adoption events or by appointment with her foster family.
