My story

Meet Oreo, a 1.5-year-old Chihuahua-Yorkie mix with a big personality in a small package! He’s smart, affectionate, and full of playful energy. Oreo loves toys, snuggles, and being the center of attention. He can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly and becomes a total cuddlebug. Oreo has lived with kids (8+) and cats and done well with both. He hasn’t lived with other dogs but enjoys playing with small ones he meets. He’s pee pad trained but not 100% consistent yet, so he’ll need a bit more help finishing his house training. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly companion, Oreo’s ready to be your sidekick. We are often on the line with another client, but we return voice mail and emails within 24 hours. All adult dog adoption fees include; -spay/neuter -rabies and kennel cough vaccinations - heartworm test -current parvo/distemper vaccines (may need additional boosters with your veterinarian) -microchip implanted & registered to adopter -treatment of fleas & ticks -veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin -free vet exam within 30 days of adoption with participating veterinarians Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your pet.
