My story
Herbert is just an old man that has had it hard. Herbert has an eye condition causing his eyed not to product tears and his eyes get dried out. He is on a special eye medicine that he gets twice a day. He can see but his vision is foggy causing him not to see very good. That does not stop this sweet boy he still loves to explore.
