Tut (Bonded with Isis)

My story

DOB 03-2025 Tut and his sister Isis are ready for their new adventure. Tut was the first to find a way to his fosters' shoulder and settle in for a cuddle. Tut loves his sister, but he does not share his yummy canned food, so his foster solved this problem by feeding them on separate dishes. They are food motivated and have been taught to come to the crackle of a treat bag being opened. One of their favorite spots is on top of a cat tree where they can survey their kingdom. Because of their activity and differences, these two seem like an excellent starter set for a young busy couple. Introductions to two different cat personalities, and yet they are fine alone together for hours. Extremely open to training at this age. They purr often, especially when combed or brushed. Both kittens have adjusted to their Fosters' cats, but have yet to encounter a dog. PLEASE READ: Adoption fee $100 for adult ( over 12 months old) and $125 for kitten (under 12 months old). Adoption fee. All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for Fiv/FELV, microchipped, have received age appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first served. We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all volunteer organization. All our kitties are in foster care. We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet. Most of our kittens are placed in bonded pairs. One of the most important ways we can support the behavioral and emotional development of a kitten is to make sure they’ve got a friend. Despite the common belief that cats are solitary animals, they’re actually incredibly social beings who thrive when they have feline friends from an early age. That’s why the cat experts always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat in the home for the kitten to befriend. It may come as a surprise to hear this, but two kittens are actually half the work of one! Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of the cats, while also making your life easier.
