My story

Hey there — I’m Motas. I do things my way, but I’ve got a soft heart if you take the time to know me. Life’s taken a few turns for me lately. I was part of a family once, but they couldn’t take care of me anymore, so now I’m looking for a fresh start — one that’s calm, understanding, and patient with a guy like me. Here’s the deal: I’m not the kind of dog that’s going to jump into your lap or smother you with kisses on day one. I’ve got a bit of an aloof streak — I’ll check you out before I decide you’re worth my attention (spoiler: most people are). I’m independent, a little stubborn, and sometimes I like to pretend I didn’t hear that command. But don’t let my attitude fool you — I’m smart as a whip and a quick learner when I’m motivated. I do best in a quiet, mellow home with older kids who understand I need space sometimes. Loud chaos? Not really my thing. I’ve been described as spicy — and yeah, I like that. It means I’ve got personality. I’m not just a cookie-cutter pup — I’ve got quirks, opinions, and a heart full of love once you earn my trust. I’m low-shedding and will need some grooming from time to time to keep me looking sharp. Training? Yep, I could use some of the basics — but with the right person, I’ll get there fast. If you’re someone who appreciates a dog with independence, brains, and a mellow vibe, I might just be your perfect match.
