My story
Jane is an older lady who is ready to kick back and relax in her fur-ever retirement home. She came in a bit grumpy, but she was very matted which was likely uncomfortable. She is much happier now that her mats are gone, so it will be important to keep up with regular brushing to avoid matting in the future.
