My story

Howdy doody! My name is Vanilla, and I am a pretty Pitbull mix who has been dreaming of a forever family for a LONG time. This is San Antonio, Texas, and it’s slow as molasses here for dog adoptions, given that so many dogs are dumped and living on the streets, just like I was. I am now 6 years old, weigh 49 lbs, and I am a lovely lady with a youthful spirit. I am great with people and other dogs, happy and friendly with a medium energy level and a sweet personality. I love the outdoors and rolling around in the grass, but mostly I love being loved by people. Being scratched and petted are the bomb, and I’m not even slobbery! I rarely bark, I potty outdoors, I’m good in a crate, and I’m well-behaved. I LOVE LOVE LOVE going for walks and being invited to go along for a ride in the car. I’m just a happy girl with a positive disposition, always ready to get out and run, and I love new adventures. Now I just need someone to love me and let me be part of the family! I hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be, so inquire about me today! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.
