My story

Hi, I’m Star. I’ve been through a lot lately and had to be brave on my own for a while before I found safety. That time made me cautious but also strong. I’m still learning to trust, but each day I come out of my shell more. I’m a true “Velcro dog” who loves cuddling and being close to someone I trust. I’m calm, gentle, and usually found snoozing on a soft couch. I do well in the car and at the vet, and I’m smart and sensitive. I’d thrive in a quiet, peaceful home where patience and kindness help me feel safe. Loud noises and busy places can still be scary, but with love, I’ll show you how sweet I can be. I’m a mellow, affectionate pup who just needs a little time and TLC. If you’re looking for a gentle companion, I might be the perfect match. Let’s write the rest of my story together.
