Bio: Meet Dotty! Formerly known as Wilty at a Chicago shelter, we suspect this sweet girl got her name because she would "wilt" like a little flower —nervous, shy, and unsure when meeting new people. But since arriving at Our Pack Animal Rescue, Dotty has been blooming beautifully .   Now thriving in her foster home, Dotty is gaining confidence every day . She’s discovered the joy of belly rubs &#239&#184&#143, sniffy walks , and sunny nap spots &#226&#152&#128&#239&#184&#143. With each passing day, she’s learning to trust, love, and enjoy life just like any happy pup should . Dotty would do best with adopters who can continue showing her that the world is safe and kind .
