My story

Meet Coco Puff, a 4-month-old sweetheart with a whole lot of love (and growing) to do! With her giant puppy paws and lanky frame, we’re guessing she’s going to be a big gal—and she’s already got a big personality to match.Coco is house-trained, super snuggly, and full of goofy puppy energy. She’s not much of a walker just yet—she’s too busy trying to say hi to every person she sees! Coco truly believes strangers are just friends she hasn’t snuggled yet. She did amazing at the Furry 5K, charming every human and dog in sight, and ended the day snoozing in her foster’s arms on the way to the car.She’s been great with other dogs and respects their boundaries like a polite little lady. In the house, she zooms, plays, and then crashes into full cuddle mode.The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday, and allholidays.
