After spending nearly a year in a Tennessee shelter, she’s now living her best life in Buffalo, and she’s ready to find her forever home. Lady May is: Fully potty trained Crate trained Dog-friendly Food motivated Learning basic commands (and picking them up fast!) She’s got the classic hound curiosity and prey drive. She loves to explore, sniff every corner of the yard, and keep watch out the window (yes, she’ll alert you with a bark and a wagging tail to every person or animal that dares to pass by!). She’s working on her leash skills and learning not to counter surf, and she is getting better at both every day! Lady May LOVES people and is excited to make friends with everyone she meets. At home, she’ll happily hang out in her crate with the door open if you’re in the same room as her. She just wants to be part of the action, whether that’s going on an adventure or lounging while you relax. She’s sweet, affectionate, and always ready to play, especially if it involves zoomies in the backyard!
