#A5699311 Hope is a cute-as-button feline whose owner surrendered her to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on May 13. Understandably, Hope has been feeling uneasy landing in a shelter environment after coming from a home. The day we came to meet Hope, she was friendly and affectionate when we were interacting with her in her cage, but seemed uncomfortable when we tried to remove her, so we left her in the cage where she felt the safest. Hope is clearly a sweet girl who just needs a compassionate, patient adopter who will give her time to decompress from her ordeal, until she knows that she’s safe and loved. We’re certain Hope will be an adored companion to her special human. Hope is… -6 years old -Weighs 10 lbs. -Spayed -Vaccinated -Microchipped -Ready to go home with her special human for good! ---------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed above. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.June 10, 2025, 2:43 am
