My story

King Louie is a strong and gentle teenage dog that is on the road to recovery and looking for a patient and caring foster home where he can continue to heal comfortably. Despite his past injuries, King Louie’s spirit remains unshaken—he’s calm, loving, and eager to find a peaceful environment to regain his strength. Reason for Foster: Recovering from Dental FractureFoster Time Frame: 2+ weeks (The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: This shy boy is currently recovering from a dental fracture. He is on soft food/toys/treats at this time. He will check back in with our medial team to see how he is healing soon. We will provide a medical consultation at your pickup appointment and the Foster team will supply all necessary items for a successful foster journey. Foster to Adopt: King Louie is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption.
