Meet Happy! This sweet and spunky Lab/Husky mix lives up to his name—full of personality, potential, and puppy joy! (75% lab, 25% husky) Happy is a quick learner who already knows how to sit and use the doggy door. He’s mastered his mealtime manners already and soaking up all the training his foster home offers. He uses the doggie door all the time, walks on the leash really well already and isn't a barker. Also very gentle with kids. He is on the floor, playing with toys with my daughter and other dogs non-stop when he isn't napping. He doesn't jump up or scratch them accidentally like a lot of puppies his age and when he does play bites, he is super gentle. He is quite the gentleman. Happy is being fostered with his half sister Eldora. Same dad (100% lab, different moms). Happy is loving playing with our 7 year old daughter, 18 year old special needs son and a 80 pound German Shepherd and 50 pound Chow. When our son has had some recent meltdowns and cries, Happy runs to him on the couch to comfort him which has been really sweet. His days are a fun mix of backyard and house zoomies, playful wrestling with his doggy foster siblings, and curling up for cuddle time with his humans. Happy would thrive with an active, patient family ready to continue his training and help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. He’s eager to please and has a lot of love to give. Super duper cuddly! He isn't being fostered with cats, but due to his age, I imagine he would adjust just fine with cats in the home. Want to bring a little extra Happy into your life?
