Princess Peach

My story

4-year-old Princess Peach came to us after being hit by a car during a storm and this precious girl had to have her leg amputated. She’s not letting it get her down and she is hoping to be adopted and to start her new life in a loving home. While in her foster home they report that she is fully house trained and crate trained. She has had no accidents in the house. When she is in her crate, she does not bark or whine at all. She absolutely adores lounging in the sun so a fenced yard would be paradise for her! However, I don’t have one and she is fine with that, as long as she still gets some time outside. She has been slowly introduced to children and has done well. Has potential to live with kids. Princess Peach ignores rabbits in the yard of her foster home so likely would do well with cats. A slow introduction is always recommended between dogs and cats.She is very sweet and calm! She loves naps, belly rubs, and gives lots of kisses! She knows sit and stay (if she’s not too excited) and is motivated by treats and praise. She is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Her ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
