My story

Formerly known as Squish Mallow, Freaky is a 3-year-old funny little man looking for a forever home. Meredith is a 3-year-old, sweet and playful cat also looking for a forever home; these two are bffs and come as a matching set! Meredith is one of the easiest and most wonderful cats I have fostered so far. Once she gets to know you, she is a bundle of love and happiness. This girl will follow you around and verbally ask for pets and cuddles, and she loves being held over your shoulder and having the occasional shoulder ride whenever she feels adventurous. She also enjoys playing with string toys by jumping and waving both her front paws in the air, trying to catch the toy. It's one of the cutest things I have seen. Squish Mallow is also wonderful, but he is definitely a unique individual. He has been given a new name, ""Freaky,"" which I think suits him perfectly. I also think he appreciates the new title, as he will always come running to you when you call out ""Freaky!"" He is extremely food-motivated and will often try and convince you that he hasn't been fed dinner yet, even when he has. In addition to dinner, Freaky absolutely loves his Temptation Treats and will often ask for them on the daily. This guy loves playing by chasing string toys along the ground, and one of his favorite activities is getting neck scritches. Freaky is a smart boy; if he wants something, he will politely paw at your leg, then lead you to the thing he wants. Both cats also love cuddling and playing together, and there's no doubt that they are truly bonded. Both cats are moderately active; they enjoy playing but are also often found taking naps together around the house (snuggled up together) or on your lap. This dynamic duo currently lives in a two-bedroom apartment, and they don't seem bothered by the limited space. However, I think they would both enjoy a forever home with more window views to the outside. Their ideal home is one with a loving family where they can be the only two four-legged animals in the home, with lots of treats, play, and window-watching opportunities. Freaky will need to have his vision checked, as he may have some limitations on seeing things that are far away and tracking toys when they are in the air. His forever human should be ready to help him with this, with lots of love and compassion. This pair is so sweet and adorable—they are ready to double your fun this summer!
