Palermo hasn’t had much stability in her life, and the basics—like walking on a leash or exploring new spaces—are still a little overwhelming for her. Right now, she relies on the people she trusts to carry her through those scary moments, both literally and emotionally.But here’s the magic of Palermo: beneath that timid exterior is a truly sweet and sensitive dog, just waiting for someone to show her patience, kindness, and consistency. She doesn’t need perfection—she needs calm voices, soft hands, and a heart that’s willing to move at her pace. Palermo is not the dog for someone looking for instant results or high-energy adventures. But if you’re someone who finds beauty in small victories—a gentle tail wag, a curious sniff, a quiet moment of connection—Palermo will be the most rewarding companion you could ask for. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas.Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online.If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.
