My story
Sage Sage was found along with his three sisters (Stella, Shelby & Sophia) on the side of the road by a wonderful resident of the community and brought to our shelter. Sage is very sociable, a people pleaser and surprisingly calm & gentle given his age. Unfortunately, Sage is heartworm positive and will begin treatment very shortly, but he would be better suited in a home where he could be safe, get regular short walks and have a family to watch over him. This boy is very loving, well-behaved and a sweet soul. Let’s get him out of the shelter and into your loving arms ! All BCAR dogs are placed as indoor family pets. No electric fences, please.
