You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This gorgeous boy came to us from Kentucky when his owner passed away. He is a snuggler, certainly an easy fellow to live with and he has settled into his foster home quite well. Coffee does fine with the other dogs in his foster home, but he is mainly interested in people. He would do well in a calm household and would prefer no children. He's doing excellent with house training, has learned to use the dog door and enjoys leisure walks and lots of sniffing. Occasionally he enjoys a good roll in fragrant grass or laying for a bit in the sunshine, but then he's happy to come back into the cool house. He naps a good bit during the day and often likes being in a crate but only with the door open. Closed crates can make him anxious (unless he's being transported in a car, then it's fine). Coffee is actually quite athletic and can jump up on the couch or bed. Currently he sleeps with his foster mom in bed. He is so soft! Coffee is heartworm negative, although he did test positive for Lyme and took the antibiotic for the 30 days required.
