My story

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Serene is a 2 year old fluffy beauty. She has gorgeous blue eyes and a sweet temperament. She and her sister Aqua were recently relinquished to our rescue group when their human passed away unexpectedly. The family reached out to see if we had room for these sweet girls and we said yes. We would love to adopt them out together, if at all possible, but will consider separating them if the right match is found for them individually. Serenes foster home said she was a little timid at first but quickly settled in and is so affectionate. She seeks out her humans for love. She will need someone that wants to brush her a few times a week to keep her coat in tip top shape. She would love a soft cat bed or lap to sleep on. A cat tree would also be appreciated by this precious girl. She is an all-around great kitty and can't wait to meet you.
