🐾 Meet Benjamin – Your Gentle Giant with a Heart of Gold 🐾 Some dogs just have a way of wrapping themselves around your heart the moment you meet them—and Benjamin is one of those dogs. Benjamin is a playful, affectionate, goofy soul who’s ready to find his forever home. He was originally a beloved gift for a granddaughter who, due to life changes, could no longer keep him. His current caretaker loves him dearly but can’t provide the time or attention Benjamin truly deserves. This handsome boy is dog-social and full of love for everyone he meets. He greets new people with enthusiasm and then melts into a mellow snuggler once he’s gotten his tail wags out. He’s easygoing, confident, and loves attention—from belly rubs to fetch to splash sessions in a kiddie pool. Benjamin knows a few basic commands like sit and paw (especially if there’s a treat involved!), and though he has a stubborn streak, it only adds to his charm. He’s crate trained, house-aware, and enjoys yard time, tug-of-war, and lounging in his screened porch. He’d do best in a home with a yard to play in and humans who appreciate a loyal, curious companion who might circle once or twice before settling in for a nap.
