Meet Pedro. He came to us with no hair a severe case of neglect. Look at him now. Hes a feisty 5 lb, 2 year old. Hes so much fun. Never met a stranger. Hes neutered, vaccinated, chipped and ready to entertain his forever family. Adoption fee is 295
