Meet Alice 2-year-old spayed female Poodle | 6.1kg | White Alice, a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old Poodle rescued from a puppy mill. Despite her difficult start, she is bursting with love and charm. Alice is incredibly people-oriented—she happily approaches both strangers and familiar faces, rubbing up against them and inviting affection. She’s friendly with both men and women and is exceptionally gentle and tolerant with children under 13. You can even lift her up by sliding your arms under her belly, and she often jumps up to ask for cuddles—though she’s still figuring out how to relax when being held, as she likely never experienced such affection in her previous life. Her social nature even extends to strangers—she’ll roll over and show her belly for a rub! With Other Dogs Alice is polite when meeting new dogs and will greet them calmly, but she doesn’t engage in play. She’s more of a “people dog” and prefers human company. Even around large dogs, she stays composed and unafraid. When in a group, she tends to seek out quiet spaces like a hammock, kennel, or blanket where she can relax and enjoy a toy on her own. She avoids overly energetic dogs and rarely shows interest in canine interactions. With Cats Alice currently lives with a cat. At first, she growled out of fear, but once she realized the cat wasn’t a threat, she began ignoring it entirely. She now coexists peacefully without much interest. Energy Level Low-energy and calm, Alice enjoys resting and relaxing most of the time. However, she does have her playful moments—when she’s excited, she’ll dash around in bursts of joy. Walking Habits Alice enjoys walks but prefers to choose her own route. If her leash is pulled in a direction she doesn’t like, she may resist, but with gentle encouragement, she’ll usually follow along. Behavior & Habits Alice can be a bit possessive of her food and toys around other dogs and may growl to protect them, but she doesn’t escalate beyond that. She shows no signs of separation anxiety and finds comfort in her crate—she’ll run into it the moment the crate door is opened. However, she may bark if left inside with the door closed. She doesn’t get car sick and currently does her business outside during the day, using pee pads only at night. Rescue Story Alice was rescued from a breeding facility, where love and freedom were rare. Now safe and cared for, she’s ready to start a new chapter with a family who can give her the affection she craves—and deserves. Alice is ready to give her heart to someone kind and gentle—could it be you?
