My story

Meet Dexter! A 2-year-old black and tan goofball with natural ears and a docked tail. This young boy is full of energy and in need of an active home that give him the time and exercise the needs. Dexter knows some basic commands, is house broken, and crate trained. He loves car rides, long walks, and of course playing in the yard with plenty of toys! Due to his youthful enthusiasm, he does need some training on how to properly greet new people and other dogs. Sometimes his enthusiasm gets him in trouble and can overwhelm others when first meeting him. Because of this we are looking for a home without young children. Dexter could possibly do well in a home with another well-matched dog, but would need to have a few playdates to ensure a good fit. He has not been cat tested. Currently located in New Ringgold, PA, Dexter is neutered and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives.
