My story

Para Normin A17588176 lb. neutered male, approx 3 years old -Friendly boy who is oh so adorable! He has wirey hair on the back of his neck and small amounts on chest. It looks like a lions mane. He even has some long hairs on the side of his jowels. He’s very unique.-No interest in toys or playing-He likes treats, sits and takes them gently. He’s not very patient and will scoot forward if you don’t give them to him right away. 😆-When you get down on the floor he gets excited and wiggly and comes right over for pets-Curled up in between my legs and enjoyed scratches-Walks nicely on a leash. He does however have to stop and sniff and say “hi” to every dog that he passes. He’s a slow, mosey kind of walker. -Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home.
