Meet Goya, a super cute 2 year old neutered male chihuahua mix, weighing about 10 lbs! This sweet boy can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly! He is good with other dogs, people, and kids. He has not been cat tested, however we feel he would likely be fine with cats. Goya and Pinto came into rescue together and have been fostered together, they do wonderfully together and are a perfect pair! While not required to be adopted together, the two of them are really not much extra work than one From Goya's current foster: "Goya is super sweet and shy boy He loves chewing bones and playing with squeaky toys. He always lays with his paws crossed He is potty trained and crate trained- doesn’t make a peep at night. He loves everyone and doesn’t mind being picked up and cuddled. He loves my 2 kids (8 and 10). Goya and Pinto are both so well behaved, love to snuggle and chill on the couch. But they do love to play with toys and chase each other!!!! Great with kids- no spicyness with these guys! Anyone can pick them up and love them!!!! Whenever they come down stairs in the morning, Goya and Pinto’s tails go wild and they jump like bunnies. They just want to be loved and both have lots of love to give! " He is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. Apply to meet Goya today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2440110##
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Goya, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
