My story

Say hello to Brody, who is the ultimate cuddlebug! He's a petite, 8 year-old, 25 pound, mostly white with splashes of orange, Brittany Mix-who happens to have the cutest little fluffy tail!    Brody’s ideal day would be laying & chilling wherever his person is & then snuggling every evening while watching Netflix. As long as he can be cuddling or just in the room with you, Brody is a happy boy. His foster Mom considers him to be a Velcro dog. He wants to know where she is and what she is doing all the time. He can be a bit reserved when meeting new people and prefers women over men. Brody would do well as an only dog or with another dog. He needs a laid-back, quiet home.  He seems to want to chase cats, so a home with no cats is best. A home without young kids is also best, as they seem to make him nervous.   Brody is a smart little boy who is house trained, knows his basic commands, walks wonderful on leash & rides great in the car. He would do best in a fenced yard where he could just follow his nose & look around. He is a happy boy just standing & looking out in the yard & does not require a lot of exercise.  Brody does seem to have some resource guarding with both his food and his crate. A quiet home with not too much activity would be best to calm him and help him settle in.   Brody is neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations & on all preventative meds. He is located in Central NC and is available for transport up to 1400 miles, with the adopter driving the last 100 miles to pick him up.  His adoption fee is $275. He’s ready for a forever home that could give him endless cuddle time.
