My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.Bravo appreciates attention and petting but has at times been moderately fearful or stressed in the shelter. He will likely need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred or at least be well counseled in fearful cat behavior.A volunteer writes: Friendship goes both ways and Bravo's been holding me to mine. Ok, so for my part I've been trying really hard to make a good impression by offering tons of treats. While some might consider this a bribe of sorts, which is perhaps why Bravo usually waits until after I close the door to eat, I promise it's sincere. Each time Bravo comes out of his den to see what I've left him this time, I try to very quietly sit down next to him so that I can explain myself. All I want to say is that I'm a friend or at the very least, I really want to be. Bravo will cautiously come out for his snacks, which is a fantastic sign but he needs a little bit more love and patience and it shows. Bravo was brought to us with other cats when their person could no longer care for them. Though he probably won't be one to say it himself, he's really hoping someone wants to give him a second chance soon. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 9.6 Age: 2yrs 0mths 2wks
