Foxy is a 4 year old purebred Norwich Terrier recently retired from a commercial breeder. She is quickly learning about soft beds, stuffed toys, and gentle touches. She is still al little shy but with time and patience she will soon discover the joys of being a pampered pet! She currently lives with other small dogs and will need a canine companion in her forever home. Older children in her new home will be fine as long as they have been taught how to approach dogs properly. As Foxy lacks the confidence to walk and potty on leash, a securely fenced yard will also be required. Adoption applications can be found on our website at www.wagntrainterrierrescue.com. The suggested adoption donation for Foxy is a minimum of $600 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise.
