My story

Lucia is from Puerto Rico. She is a stunning 18 month old Belgian Malinois/Lab mix who brings all the brilliance, beauty, and loyalty of her breed, with none of the intensity and drive that can make Malinois ownership a challenge for families. Unlike many Malinois who require non-stop work and stimulation, Lucia is perfectly content with daily walks, playtime, and quality time with her humans. She doesn't need to be "on the job" 24/7. She is super sweet, exceptionally smart and quick to learn. Most importantly she is calm, balanced, and eager to please. Her endurance makes her a great jogging partner and a fabulous hiking companion. She would thrive with a family that enjoys an active lifestyle but doesn't necessarily want a working dog. If you've always admired the look and intelligence of the Malinois but hesitated because of the breed's intensity, Lucia is your perfect match. Lucia is in Pennington NJ waiting for you with her tail wagging and staying cool while playing in the pond with her sister. All our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They have been dewormed and are current on vaccinations. Our adoption fee includes 30 days of complimentary medical insurance for your new pet. Breed and size is frequently a guess and can not be guaranteed. Our dogs are fostered on a private residence, we do not have a free standing shelter. They live on a farm where they run and play with other dogs, cats, horses, and barnyard fowl. Initial contact with us must be made through e-mail.
