My story

Hi, I’m Buddy!I might be a senior, but don’t let my age fool you—I’ve still got plenty of pep in my step and love in my heart. When I first arrived here, I was pretty nervous. But with a little time, patience, and kindness, I really started to come out of my shell. Now, I’m soaking up all the pats, cuddles, and treats I can get!I walk nicely on leash, enjoy gentle playtime, and do great in playgroup—friendly, polite, and still playful. I’ve got that perfect blend of mellow and fun, and I’m happiest just being close to people who make me feel safe and loved.My recent senior bloodwork showed some anomalies, so I’ll need a caring adopter who can work with their vet to monitor my health and make sure I stay comfortable and happy. I may be in my golden years, but I’ve still got so much joy to share.If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle-hearted companion who will be your best friend through every moment, I’d love to meet you.
