Zeke was recently surrendered after his beloved owner passed away. Since then, he’s been living with one of the owner`s family members, but with too many animals already in their care, they knew he deserved a home where he could shine.Zeke is housebroken and has been a respectful houseguest. He’s never needed a crate and prefers the freedom to roam. He does great loose in the house and isn’t destructive. In fact, confinement makes him anxious, so he’ll do best with someone who doesn’t plan to crate him often. He walks nicely on leash, loves car rides, and will gladly curl up in your lap if you let him. He’s a gentle grazer when it comes to food and didn`t show any guarding behavior in his past home. Zeke has lived with several dogs and even spent time with small breeds, getting along well overall.
