My story

Toto is an 8 month old male Shepherd mix with a happy-go-lucky personality and a heart full of love, just waiting for his forever home. His bright smile and handsome coloring are hard to miss, but it’s his sweet lovable nature that will make him memorable. While Toto may seem a little shy in his kennel, his engaging personality truly shines once he is out in the park, where he relaxes and reveals a fun-loving, playful side. Toto recently had his first experience with a kiddie pool, and he was adorable as he tried to decide whether to go into the pool … he finally ended up with two legs in the pool and two out of it, just to “test the waters” first. Even more than playtime, Toto loves to hang out with his people and spend time relaxing together. He is a wonderful mix of active and chill, as long as it makes his humans happy. Still young and eager to learn, Toto is in the perfect stage to learn from his new family and blossom into a devoted companion. So if you’re looking for a sweet, joyful pup to share your days with, Toto is ready to be your best friend. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.
