My story

What is sugar and Spice and everything nice? Me! Hi, I'm Spice! A beautiful diluted gray tortie. I am a playful, fun kitten named for my sprinkles of color, like spice and my torti-tude. :)  I was rescued along with my mom, Mama Darling and my sissy, Smudge from living in a car engine. I am full of energy and love to explore. When I was first rescued I was pretty scared, but my fosters have been so kind and now we all trust them, I love to explore, play and even sleep with them at night. I would love to go to a home with my sibling or where there is another kitty I can play with.  I have all my vetting, including: Spayed, Combo FIV/FeLV tested, vaccinations, flea and deworming prevention and microchipped. Frisco Humane Society has adoption events every Saturday & Sunday, Noon - 4 pm at the PetSmart Adoption Center at 3333 Preston Road in Frisco. Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step it to fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval.
