My story

Hercules is one of the sweetest boys in town! He was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 6/20. He has a micro-chip but sadly his family did not come for him. Hercules is 9 years young and weighs in at 66 pounds. He is very well behaved. He knows to sit and stay when asked. It is reported that he is house trained and good with children, cats and dogs. He does have some hair loss but with a good diet and lots of love this boy will be good as new. Hercules deserved to spend his golden years napping on his own bed with a family that loves him. Could you be that family? Ask for ID# 11100 Run 51. He is neutered and micro-chipped. He has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
