Meet Ebony - Your Future Shadow and Best FriendEbony is a sweet and affectionate German Shepherd mix who absolutely lives for human companionship. She's the type of dog who wants nothing more than to be near her people. Whether it's following you around the house, lounging at your feet, or quietly keeping an eye on things with her calm, observant nature.Having spent much of her life outdoors, Ebony would love a home with a secure yard where she can sniff, explore, and sunbathe safely. That said, she's also learning the comforts of indoor living and does very well overnight inside.Car rides are still new to Ebony, so her future family will need to introduce them gradually and make them a positive experience. She's also on a gentle weight loss journey and is doing great so far! She'll thrive with a family that's committed to supporting her continued progress through portion control and regular low-impact activity.Ebony has previously lived with a cat and might be open to sharing her space with a feline friend again. When it comes to dogs, she's shown some friendly interest and may do well with a calm, well-matched canine companion after proper introductions.She's also a bit of a unicorn: a quiet shepherd! Ebony tends to observe her surroundings silently rather than vocalize!
