My story

Hi there, I’m Ellie — your future best friend. I’m a 3-year-old black and white lady with a big heart! My favorite things in life are simple: a sunny window to sit by (people-watching is my favorite sport), a cozy spot to nap, and someone who knows the magic of a good tummy rub. I’ll start purring the second you walk in the room, and if you give me belly rubs? You’ll hear the engine roar. I’m looking for a forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and appreciated for the snuggly queen I am. I don’t ask for much — just someone who sees me, loves me, and lets me be their little shadow. Ellie 🐾 Ellie is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, fully vaccinated (including rabies), treated to prevent fleas, and litter box trained. Her birth date is estimated to be April 23, 2022. Ellie was adopted from Allie's Pals Cat Rescue as a kitten and returned to our care when her adopter could no longer keep her. You may notice that Ellie has one eye that is not "perfect"; she's had the same eye imperfection since she came into our care. Our rescue's primary vet cleared Ellie for adoption after advising us that her eye imperfection was the result of scarring she has due to an untreated eye infection she suffered early in her life. When Ellie was returned to us at the age of 3 years, we had her reevaluated by our primary vet again, and his advise is the same: Ellie is in no danger because of the scarring. Allie's Pals will arrange an appointment for Ellie's new family with our vet so that he can address any questions they may have in person. Ellie is being fostered by Keren at 818-325-5774.
