Jasper - Cream Puff TABBY - Needs a Home ASAP!

My story

MEET Beautiful JASPER - He is Tall, Lean, and athletic! SO GRATEFUL to be rescued.  He is very sweet and just a lovely serene guy!! Poor Jasper has had a really hard painful time.  He and his twin sister (also a lovely beige tabby) came from outside at an awful apartment complex in south DeKalb County.  THEY were someone's kittens and were abandoned! They were being fed by a feral cat feeder at the complex and competing for food.  JASPER was attached and was often chased off by male feral cats.  He turned up limping on three legs one day, and a resident turned him in to ANIMAL CONTROL.  He was suffering there, so skinny and scared and with an upper respiratory infection.  AWHAR rescued him, took him to our vet for full treatment.  He is NOW perfectly healthy, happy, eating well, and he is now in our program and needs a FOSTER and/or permanent home.  He is still so hungry all the time, LOL, and we feed him well, and he's gaining weight. SUCH a lovely guy.  LOVES to hang at the top of the big cat tree. Tabby cats are the best! He is VERY sweet. Whether he’s lounging like a scoop on a warm windowsill or stirring up a little trouble with a twitch of his tail, Jasper always rises to the top—like the finest cream.
