Murph

My story

Murph loves sitting in your lap in the winter, especially if you have a blanket over your lap. She loves to sleep under the crook of your arm in bed. She loves to be petted and held as long as it's on her terms. She is active looking out the window, and she loves chasing ping pong balls and wand toys. When Murph is resting, she likes to perch in her cat tree. I adopted Murph in 2018 in Tennessee. She has lived with me and my wife for the last 7 years. Shortly after we got Murph, we got a puppy Australian shepherd. Murph has gotten more and more fearful of our dog, and she won't take calming medicine. So we think that Murph would thrive in a different setting. Children are acceptable to Murph. Murph would thrive in a single cat home with no dogs. She might be okay with a very small dog (under 15 lbs) that doesn't chase her. Murph needs 10-30 minutes of playtime a day. She doesn't get along well with other cats. Murph has had bloodwork done that found no special needs.
