Bonbon

My story

A volunteer writes:Bonbon means sweet candy in French and indeed Bonbon the cat is really a gentle kitty, a bit shy but all yours when you insist just a little bit. Like his friend DonaId (who could be his dad), Bonbon is elegantly dressed in a shiny silvery coat enhanced by a white plastron. He is a petite cat, very cute  and loving  who "petit a petit", little by little, comes out of his little house for treats and cuddles that he enjoyed to the max!!(see his video). His family, comprising one child and other cats describes him as friendly, playful, curious and outgoing with all but needs time to warm up just like what we are seeing here at the care center.. Bonbon and his housemates were surrendered into our care as  their owners were moving to a place not allowing pets. The trio is  absolutely lovely and will make wonderful pets for years to come. Click here to learn more about the adoption process!Bonbon was resting in the den and appeared slightly startled when the assessor raised the den cover, but he was reasonably calm and curious about treats. He came halfway out, slightly shy, but enjoyed petting, and then came fully forward and really enjoyed petting, leaning in for cheeks, raising his rear and his tail. He was calm when picked up and held, and was relaxed when sat back down. He enjoyed squeeze-up treats.Bonbon Interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems.
