Though he’s friendly and full of energy, Vermont can be a little head shy, especially in new situations. A calm, experienced home where he’s given time to adjust will help him feel safe and build his confidence. Once he trusts you, his silly, affectionate side shines through! Vermont would thrive in a home without small animals, and he’s not a match for households with young children. He would do best with adults or older teens who understand how to give him space when needed and continue his training in a positive, structured environment. Dog meets are done Mon-Sat 12pm-3pm.
