My story

Hi, I'm Rory – A Gentle Heart Just Looking for a Little Kindness 💙🐾 I'm a 4-year-old Pit Bull mix who’s still figuring out the world. I was found as a stray, and everything has felt a little scary and overwhelming since then. I’m a shy guy—timid, quiet, and unsure of new places and faces—but I want to be brave. The staff here say I’m sweet and gentle, and I think they’re right. I just need a little extra time, patience, and a whole lot of love to help me come out of my shell. I dream of a calm, kind home where someone understands that I may not be the life of the party—but I’ll be the most loyal, loving friend if you give me the chance. If you’re the kind of person who speaks softly, lets dogs go at their own pace, and finds beauty in the quiet ones—then I think we might just be perfect for each other. Will you be the one to help me feel safe, loved, and home?
