My story

Goofy ACCT-A-80445 Intake: Stray Medical: friendly, BAR Behavior: 12/7 (Per Staff)-- Goofy is a sweetheart and is friendly with strangers, body was wiggly and loose. Plays nice while outside. Knows sit but got overstimulated when offered treats. Started to bite leash, jump on me and started to hump my leg. 12/6(Per Staff) Kennel Presentation-Easy to leash/social. Presented at front of the kennel with tail wagging, loose and wiggly. Allowed me to loop him easily. Exited and re-entered the kennel with ease. Leash Skills-Leash Bites. Walked nicely while exiting kennels. Once outside, Goofy began leash biting and would progressively jump up and bite closer and closer to my hand. This behavior continued until I returned him to the kennel; however, once he entered the kennel he allowed me to remove the leash without issue. Aroused/Allows all handlingExcited and over-aroused, jumping up on me and trying to hump. He is quite mouthy and would jump up and snap at my hands, the leash, or the object I was holding. He allows allover handling but was overstimulated. He is very food motivated and will sit for treats if you give the command, but otherwise will jump up and snap at them. Tag-Did not attempt, too over-aroused. ToysInterest but does not take possession, Chased a tennis ball briefly, but is not very interested. However, he is extremely food motivated. Use caution while giving treats, as he will jump up and snap at you if you are holding them -- give treats with an open hand.
