My story

Meet Noah, the gentle giant in training! This adorable Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix is a sweet-natured puppy who's already showing off how smart and affectionate he can be. Noah is working on his potty training—he’s on a solid routine and goes out every 4 hours like a champ. He’s also picked up some basics like “sit” and “shake,” and he’s always eager to please. Despite his size, Noah’s favorite thing in the world is being held like a big baby. He melts into your arms and soaks up every bit of love he can get. He’s been around kids, cats, and other dogs and does great with everyone—he’s a true social butterfly with a big heart. If you're looking for a big, cuddly, loyal pup to grow with your family, Noah might just be the perfect fit. He’s smart, snuggly, and ready for his forever home! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
